About us

Welcome to Flesh & Flour. We aim to be the first choice for discerning customers seeking high quality artisanal produce.

A farmers market on the high street. Flesh & Flour is a delicatessen and cafe in Muswell Hill that stocks high quality British produce. Our focus is on seeking out small producers that have provenance, traceability and a positive brand identity.

We serve lots of delicious things. There’s Monmouth coffee and freshly brewed teas, to have in or takeaway. And we have a deli counter stocked with British cheeses and charcuterie, as well as fridges containing fresh dairy products, fresh meat and fish that you won’t find in the major supermarkets. Our shelving around the shop also stocks larder staples such as oils, jams, and mustards etc.
